BECAUSE YOUR MONEY IS BEST SPENT ON REAL ESTATE NOT REAL ESTATE COMMISSIONS

 Real estate agents in Michigan are comparatively under qualified and overpaid (see the “Why Me” page to find out how the system is stacked against you).  I am neither.  The average Real Estate Agent commission in Southeast Michigan is 5.45% (2.7% each to Buyers Agent and Sellers Agent).  On most transactions I charge you less than 2% (often a lot less) for your side of the deal.  Just as important, I will NOT engage in dual agency (represent you and the other side at the same time), nor will I collect fees from both sides of the deal, both of these things are common practice for Michigan Real Estate agents.  You will save you thousands at the closing table with me that will either help you pay for your new home (Buyer) or go right in your pocket (Seller).  Go to “Why Me”, “Sell Smart” and “Buy Smart”  to learn more.
